To be eligible for NDIS Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) services, you must:
Be an NDIS participant and have MTA included as a support option in your NDIS plan
Have a demonstrated need for MTA services, as determined by your NDIS plan manager. This may include a need for a break from your daily routine, a need for a longer-term solution, or a need for support in a new living environment

We provide a free doctor to home consult once per month for a regular health checkup to all participants of Sienna Care who onboard with us for accommodation assistance.
To access our outstanding MTA services, you must have NDIS eligibility and be identified as needing this support in your plan.
