Navigating NDIS MTA Requirements

Eligibility Criteria For NDIS MTA

To be eligible for NDIS Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) services, you must:

  • Be an NDIS participant and have MTA included as a support option in your NDIS plan
  • Have a demonstrated need for MTA services, as determined by your NDIS plan manager. This may include a need for a break from your daily routine, a need for a longer-term solution, or a need for support in a new living environment

If you’re unsure if you’re eligible for MTA services, we recommend contacting your NDIS plan manager or our team at Sienna Care for more information.

We provide a free doctor to home consult once per month for a regular health checkup to all participants of Sienna Care who onboard with us for accommodation assistance.
